Three words for me BEST CAKE EVER!
Cake was delivered 4 hours late and when it finally arrived it had the WRONG AGE in icing on it and there was no time for it to be changed!!! As you can imagine my 4 year old daughter was in tears. Was offered a refund of 2 on a 90 cake!! When we cut into the cake there were sections of the cake which were burnt!!! This place is completely unprofessional and I would avoid it like the plague! Please read the other reviews before ordering from here as you will be disappointed like many others.
Delicious Cakes!!! So much so I had my Weeding Cake made with tiered chocolate,avacado,red velvet,chocolate Guinness and chocolate beetroot.Fathima is the founder and she was super friendly and helpful to design something beautiful.Turned out even more stunning than I could have imagined ,with edible flower and exotic fruits.Guests absolutely loved the cakes and a handful actually asked for her contact details for orders !! Highly Recommended ..
We ordered my daughters cake smash cake from Fathima and i cannot say I would ever recommend her. We asked for a winter wonderland cake white silver and blue. The cake came in green which didnt match the cake smash theme at all. To top it off she delivered the cake and rushed off once opening the box the entire cake was collapsed. We had ordered a cupcake cake but this just looks like a round blog. The icing had slid off the top all onto the sides. Not once did she apologise or offer compensation. 70 was an extortionate price to pay for a very sloppy cake. Truly disappointed and upsetting to have ruined our daughters first birthday.
First of all lets talk about the customer service, Dil's customer service and communication was absolutely heart warming from the minuite i spoke to her! The cake was amazing, looked great tasted superb!!! Defo recommend and will be ordering loads more from here!!!!
